Child Safety Reforms – Sector Voice & Consultation Hub

We invite you to have your say on the next phase of child safety reforms. Following the national Review of Child Safety Arrangements under the National Quality Framework, a range of regulatory and non-regulatory changes are being introduced to strengthen child safety, transparency, educator capability, and provider accountability across the sector. These reforms reflect a shared commitment to ensuring all children are safe and supported in high-quality education and care
