ACA WA membership is simple, transparent and proportional to the number of early learning services you operate. This ensures fairness for both single-site and multi-site providers.

Membership is charged per approved provider, per year, with:

The Approved Provider is charged $445 (ex GST) and includes 1 service site. Each addtional service site is $60 (ex GST).
This tiered approach ensures equity and scalability across different sized Approved Providers.
The membership year ends on 31st of July each year.

If you join mid-year, your fee is adjusted so you only pay for the remaining months.
This keeps membership accessible and affordable at any time of year.
