Committee Support:
We support committees by developing strategic plans, producing management reports focused on key KPIs, and offering independent assessments of processes and goals.
Director/Manager & Educator Support:
Providing personalised support for service Directors and Managers, working alongside educators to promote growth and development, and offering ongoing mentorship and strategic guidance.
Compliance Adherence:
Ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements, reviewing and updating policies and procedures, and developing tailored strategies to meet and maintain regulatory standards. Additionally, conducting audits on the service’s compliance position for regulated policies.
ECT Support Services:
Acting as the dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to ensure regulatory compliance, enhancing educator skills through strong relationships, and ensuring effective implementation of learning frameworks.
Fees:
Hourly Rate: $110 (ACA WA Members receive 10% discount off this rate)
Fixed term rates and packages can also be negotiated dependent on services individual needs.
