About the Opportunity

Cuddles Early Learning & Childcare is currently looking for a confident Early Childhood Educators and Early Childhood Teachers to join our services across Perth with eight different locations.

Reporting to the Manager, you will be actively leading a team that provides high-quality early childhood education and care for children, predominantly working with the 3-5 age group.

Some of your day-to-day duties will include (but will not be limited to):

• Providing a consistent, nurturing, caring, happy, secure, creative, and active environment for all children at Cuddles Early Learning & Childcare's
• Developing strong relationships with children and relationships that support and partner with families and the community;
• Adapting your approach to the individual needs of each child, taking into account any cultural, socio-economic, or other differences, treating each child with dignity and respect;
• Working with other staff towards continuous improvement in all areas of Cuddles Early Learning & Childcare's operations;

 About You

 To be successful, you will need to hold a Diploma qualified (ACECQA Approved Qualification)

Your ability to create stimulating educational programs based on the children's needs and interests will be key to your success in this role and your ability to communicate positively and effectively with the children and their families.

Strong time management skills, a team-player attitude, and multitasking capabilities are essential. 

Most importantly, you will be a caring, positive, and nurturing individual passionate about the growth and development of young children.

It is also essential that you hold, or have the ability to obtain, a First Aid Certificate and current Working with Children Check.
