We will be bringing a proven concept of literacy learning and development into Early Childhood along with focus on play based approaches, incorporating nature and sustainability practices into everyday.

At Read 2 Grow we aim to care for children like parents do at home while providing them with the learning and scaffolding they will need to succeed at primary school and in the future.

The Opportunity:

Inclusion Support Educator! An educator working along side other educators to decrease the ratios in specific age groups to assist in the developmental needs of our children. 

Your desired availability will be from 6:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday.

Successful Candidates will Ideally have:

Current Children's Services Qualifications 

A current First Aid Certificate.

Prior experience in online programming for the younger years.

Prior experience educating children with special needs.

An understanding of all the developmental areas for children.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent presentation skills.
