Who are we?
EWIN Early Learning Centre is situated in the East Kimberley town of Kununurra known for its outback adventures and relaxing community atmosphere. We provide high quality child care in a family focused environment where we love to see children being children and ensure they have a place where they can learn, laugh and grow.

What you can expect working with EWIN ELC:
- Generous Remuneration – We reward our staff with above award pay rates of 10-20% based on experience and performance
- Opportunity to work a nine day fortnight with a paid RDO each fortnight

We are looking for someone who:
- Holds, or is currently studying, Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Children’s Services
- Holds or is willing to obtain first aid certification and a Western Australian Working With Children Check
- Is proactive in contributing to documentation of children's learning, programming and planning
- Is passionate about providing high quality Education and Care to all children
- Has an energetic, positive attitude and the drive for continual professional growth
- Is willing to be guided and mentored by an experienced Room Leader who is committed to your success
- Can develop strong inclusive relationships with families, children, colleagues and the community
- Would like to have the opportunity for career development and advancement
- Can foster our home away from home environment
