The Positions
Ngala is seeking two experienced and energetic Room Leaders for our Joondalup Early Learning and Development service.
- Room Leader - Early Childhood Teacher
- Room Leader - Diploma
You must have exceptional conflict resolution skills and verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
You must also possess leadership abilities, including the ability to lead by example, along with a commitment to Early Childhood development principles, professional development and working within Ngala's Early Childhood Curriculum.
Offering a family-friendly and supportive environment, and working within a purpose-built facility, you will be supported by a Centre Coordinator, Assistant Coordinator and a great team.
Variety of shifts between 6.30am - 6.15pm, Monday-Friday.

Essential requirements:
- Must have relevant qualifications.
- Be able to lead the Team in all aspects of Ngala's Early Childhood Curriculum.
- Ensuring team members work within the policies and procedures.
- Supporting the development of your team with Ngala's Early Childhood Curriculum.
- Planning and implementing curriculum for your rooms; and
- Participating in planning and development for the curriculum for your rooms.
- A National Police Certificate.
- A current Working With Children Check.
- Current First Aid.
- Asthma Management and Anaphylaxis certificates.
- Demonstrated skills with children 0-6 years old.
Appointment to this position will require a pre-employment medical assessment.
