About the Role

  • Passionate and dedicated Manager for our MercyCare Kelmscott Early Learning Centre.
  • Full-time, permanent position with flexible working hours, rostering between 6:30am – 6:00pm.
  • Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage a highly qualified and experienced team, ensuring the provision of an educational curriculum that meets the diverse needs of the children and families in our community.
  • Make a real difference in families and communities’ lives and provide a service that truly matters.
  • We are a 62-place spacious centre, located centrally in Kelmscott, catering for ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
  • We provide exceptional processes and a leadership team that will guide you in providing the best outcomes for children and their families.

About You

  • Possess an AQF Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher as recognized by ACECQA
  • Experience managing a diverse team and fostering a friendly and inclusive culture
  • Extensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Strong knowledge of all relevant regulations and statutory requirements
  • Ability to maintain financial accounts, manage budgets and prepare reports
  • Experience in developing and implementing programs within an Education and Care Setting
  • Needs to be organized, enthusiastic, self-motivated and have effective time management skills
