Ravenswood Learning Centre is seeking a motivated and passionate Certificate III or Diploma Qualified Educator or working towards to join our team. We are a Family own and run Centre, with a strong sense of sustainability and love working within our local community. Position will suit someone with good time management skills, a love for children and willingness to work as a team. You will be given the opportunity to work with Educators that love developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children and their families.
Full Time hours with RDO once a month, or Part Time. The right person will also be required to be flexible in their hours and be able to share the role of opening and closing of the Centre.
Skills and Experience
- Are a Certificate III, Diploma or working towards qualified educator (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Have or willing to obtain Current First Aid, CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
- Hold or willing to obtain a current Working with Children’s Check (WWCC)
- A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality standards (NQS).
- Have an enthusiastic, "Can Do" Attitude
- A genuine interest in contributing to children's learning.
- Be able to share the role of opening (6:30am) and closing (6:00pm) of the Centre.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment.
- Work with fellow educators to maintaining observations and records of individual children's progress.
- Create and maintain a fun, safe and effective learning environment.
- Experience with online programs such as OWNA

Pay: $23.97 – $41.22 per hour
